Claude Flynn builds people, teams, and organizations that perform at their best. As CEO of Xpand Business Consulting, Inc., he helps individuals and companies move to the next level through management and customer service consulting grounded in more than 30 years of real-world experience.
Claude began his career at a Fortune 500 company where customer service was paramount, an environment that shaped his belief that exceptional service is the foundation of lasting business success. Over three decades in customer service, sales, and management, he developed a passion for people, professionalism, and training. Launching a consulting firm was the natural next step.
Since 2014, Claude has been a highly sought-after presenter, facilitator, and training professional throughout the Southeast. His sessions are practical, engaging, and built to produce change that lasts. He also hosts the Art of Customer Service Show podcast, where he shares insights on what it takes to serve customers well and lead teams effectively.
Transforming Beyond the Boardroom
Claude’s commitment to developing people extends well beyond business. In 2006, he founded Game Changers Sports and Mentoring, where he has mentored and trained more than 300 youth. He is a frequent guest speaker at schools and youth organizations, guiding the next generation on and off the field.
His leadership in football reflects the same principles he brings to the boardroom. Claude served as Defensive Back and Strength and Conditioning Coach for the 2017 champion Vermont Bucks, then as Offensive Line and Special Teams Coach for the 2018 champion Atlanta Havoc. In addition, he was General Manager and Head Coach of the Vermont Brew, a new professional arena football team, however, the organization seized operations during the Covid pandemic.
Where It Started
Claude was a captain and starting defensive back at Clark Atlanta University, where he studied Management. The lessons of leadership, discipline, and teamwork he learned there continue to drive his work with organizations and athletes alike.
