MEET OUR CEO
Claude Flynn, CEO of Xpand Business Consulting, Inc. began his professional career working with a Fortune 500 company where customer service was paramount. With over 25 years of customer service, sales and management experience coupled with his passion for people, professionalism and training – the nature next step for Claude was to create a management and customer service consulting firm to assist individuals and companies transition to the next level. Since 2014, Claude has been a highly sought-after presenter, facilitator, and training professional in-and-around the Southeast region.
In his free time, Claude serves as a mentor and trains student-athletes. He started Game Changers Sports and Mentoring in 2006 where he has worked with over 300 youth, and has been a guest speaker at various youth organizations and schools. In addition, Claude is the Defensive Back and Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Vermont Bucks – a new professional arena football team.
Claude was a captain and starting defensive back while studying Management at Clark Atlanta University. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and two children.
